About Red Rooibos Tea
Rooibos has a long history of traditional use in South Africa, where it has been enjoyed as an everyday beverage for generations. It naturally contains antioxidant compounds, including aspalathin and nothofagin, and small amounts of minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium.
Traditionally, rooibos has been used as a gentle, soothing tea to support relaxation, digestive comfort, and overall wellbeing. Because it is caffeine-free and smooth, it is often used daily over time rather than for acute purposes.
How to Brew
