How to Cook

For fluffy millet

  1. Rinse millet well.

  2. Use 1 cup millet to 2 cups water or broth.

  3. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

  4. Let rest 5 minutes, then fluff.

For creamy millet

  • Use 1 cup millet to 3 cups liquid and cook slightly longer, stirring occasionally.
