• Cut & sifted licorice root is chopped into smaller pieces and is better suited to quicker brewing and blended teas.

Both forms come from the same root — the difference is simply how you prefer to prepare it.

How to Brew

• Decoction (recommended): Break or crush 1–2 sticks and simmer per cup of water for 15–20 minutes

• Strain and enjoy warm

• Traditional use: Can also be gently chewed
