How to Use

How to Cook

  1. Rinse kernels well.

  2. Use 1 cup wheat kernels to 3 cups water.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Cook 45 to 60 minutes, until tender but chewy.

  5. Drain excess water if needed.
