About Elderberries
Elderberries naturally contain vitamins A, B, and C, along with flavonoids and other beneficial plant compounds. In traditional herbal medicine, both the berries and flowers of the elder plant have long been used to support the immune system, ease cold and flu symptoms, and promote recovery during seasonal illness.
Historically, elderberries were prepared as teas, syrups, and decoctions and used to support the body during seasonal transitions, fevers, and respiratory discomfort.
How to Brew
