How to Use

How to Cook

1. Rinse groats well.

2. Use 1 cup buckwheat groats to 2 cups water.

3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

4. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until tender.

5. Drain excess water if needed.
