Organic hulled barley is a whole grain with a chewy texture and mild, nutty flavour. Unlike pearled barley, only the outer hull is removed, leaving the bran and germ intact.

How to Use

How to Cook

  1. Rinse barley well.

  2. Use 1 cup barley to 3 cups water or broth.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Cook 45–60 minutes, until tender but chewy.

  5. Drain excess liquid if needed.
