About Linden
Linden flowers and leaves have a long history of use in European herbal traditions as a nervine and relaxant herb. Traditionally, linden tea has been used to ease nervous tension, calm the mind, support sleep, and gently relax the body, especially during periods of emotional stress or overwhelm.
Because of its mild astringent properties, linden has also been traditionally used in skin care preparations, including salves, lotions, and washes.
