About Goldenrod
Goldenrod has been used in European and North American herbal traditions for generations, especially for supporting the urinary system. Traditionally, it has been used to tone and strengthen the bladder, support urine flow, and ease discomfort associated with urinary tract infections.
Because of its naturally astringent qualities, goldenrod has also been traditionally used to reduce excess mucus and secretions, helping to calm runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing associated with seasonal allergies.
How to Brew
