"Couverture" chocolate is ground to a finer texter than regular chocolate, and contains a greater percentage of cocoa or cacao butter relative to it's other ingredients. This means that our white couverture chocolate makes for a creamier textured product, and works well for tempering, enrobing truffles, bonbons and candy, or just plain eating!
